This design competition was launched by a developer for the transformation of an agricultural area into residential. Starting from the idea of the barn, our suggestion has been to preserve as much as possible the green context and to design a non-invasive villa with low footprint materials. The house is interlay made of wooden CLT plates, prefabricated and structured on a rational grid. The openness of the space and the windows gives large freedom of use. The wet rooms are all concentrated around the spine of the building, while the garage volume plays with the rest as a cold block fitted in the main barn.
